It was revealed on AEW Rampage that there will be a huge title match when AEW comes to Long Island, New York next week.

During a segment with the American Top Team on Rampage, TNT Champion Scorpio Sky was confronted by none other than former tag team partner Frankie Kazarian, who has made his intentions clear in a plethora of backstage segments that he wants a shot at the TNT Championship.

However, this time we finally got an answer with Sky making his intentions clear that he wants to be a fighting TNT Champion, teasing a potential face turn to the AEW fans. Sky would end the segment by accepting Kazarian's challenge.

Kazarian and Sky have a long history in AEW. The pair were a part of the highly successful group So Cal Uncensored (SCU) alongside Christopher Daniels. The three men held numerous championships in their time together most notably as ROH Trios Tag Champions.

However, Sky and Kazarian as a duo have been one of the tag team divisions best, beating the likes of The Briscoes and The Young Bucks to become ROH Tag Team Champions.

Also, most notably becoming the inaugural AEW Tag Team Champions after defeating The Lucha Brothers on the October 30th edition of AEW Dynamite.

The TNT Champion Sky is currently in a back and forth with former champion Sammy Guevara but his resume in AEW speaks for itself, especially the fact that recently he went on a 430+ day streak without being pinned or submitted and even defeated the likes of Wardlow on the way.

Will Kazarian have his number next Friday on Rampage or will the fighting champion's reign continue?
