Triple H is easily one of the most recognisable and iconic WWE Superstars of all time.

Having started his career as Terra Ryzing and getting his first break in WCW, he rose to stardom in WWE, going on to capture 24 titles during his 27-year in-ring career with the company.

Perhaps the title he is most synonymous with, however, is the World Heavyweight Championship.

He reigned supreme as the world heavyweight champion five times, and whilst he became WWE champion nine times, images of The King of Kings with the big gold belt strapped around his waist are burned into the minds of wrestling fans.

Although, maybe his most iconic moment associated with the title came after he had just lost the belt.

Whilst on his way to the ring on a December 2004 episode of Raw, Lilian Garcia introduced The Game as the former world heavyweight champion.

Upset at being reminded about losing the title, Triple H spent no time posing at the top of the ramp, instead, throwing his water bottle to the side and charging at Garcia.

A clip of the moment has been doing the rounds on social media this week as fans relive the iconic segment.

One user on Twitter weighed in saying: “He said, ‘forget the entrance! Ima kill this chick!’”

Another added: “HHH running to chase Lilian the moment there was a slight pause in the song is perfection.”

Triple H had been forced to vacate the title earlier that night after a double fall occurred during a triple threat defence against Chris Benoit and Edge.

That’s why it was such a touchy subject for the Cerebral Assassin.

It didn’t take long for the now 52-year-old to regain the title for the fourth time.

On the New Year’s Revolution PPV with Shawn Michaels as the special guest referee, he defeated Batista, Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho, Edge and Randy Orton inside the Elimination Chamber.

He would go on to hold the title for 84 days before losing it to former Evolution stablemate Batista at WrestleMania 21 in Los Angeles.
