The video, to put it lightly, is rather quite strange, and fans have reacted accordingly online.

Below is just some of the reaction to Strowman's new character and Twitter video, with many fans seemingly quite confused.

You've also got some fans poking up at Strowman for his new gimmick, and its similarities to The Joker from Batman with the 'why so serious?' line.

Many fans thought that Strowman would eventually return to WWE, and it was even reported that WWE was interested in bringing him back.

However, that chatter as died down lately, and it now seems unlikely that Strowman is heading back to WWE, at least in the immediate future.

Strowman debuted on WWE's main roster in 2015 as part of The Wyatt Family, and stayed as one of the promotion's top stars until his departure last year.

Braun won the Universal Championship from Goldberg in 2020 at WrestleMania 36, his first piece of singles gold for WWE.

In fact, just a few weeks before his release from WWE, Strowman was part of a three-way match with Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley for the latter's WWE Championship.
