FIFA 22’s Team of the Season is well underway but a new leak has confirmed that the Bundesliga Player of the Month has been picked, and it’s Christopher Nkunku!

The POTM comes out every single month, and there are various leagues included, with the Premier League, Ligue 1, Serie A, Bundesliga and Eredivisie all included.

Whenever the POTM is released on FIFA 22, there is a Squad Building Challenge that comes with it, and that is the only way for you to access the card. They do not enter into packs.

Nkunku has been in incredible form this season for RB Leipzig and he has thus far received three Player of the Month cards. Indeed, in total, Nkunku has nine special cards already in the game; this will be his tenth.

As a result of his performances, the Frenchman is set to get another big upgrade, and this could also be a positional change.

This is a very tasty card, and he will be moving from an attacking midfielder into a striker position, if the leak is to be believed. Noted insider FUT Sheriff has confirmed that it is Nkunku who is the POTM, while @macartneyyt has drawn up a predicted card for him.

That has also been reflected in a major boost to his stats, but its fair to say that he could be played in a variety of positions on the pitch and still be able to do a job for you team.

He has a 92 overall rating, with 90 pace, 95 dribbling, 88 shooting, 82 defending, 93 passing and 83 physical.

That is an astonishing all-rounder who will be able to play in pretty much any position you want him to.

His SBC is likely to be exceedingly expensive too, with his requirements likely to feature a number of high-ranked teams.

It’s going to be an expensive card for you to get your hands on, but he looks more than worth it.
