Last month, Manchester City secured the signature of one of Europe's hottest prospects in Erling Haaland.
The 21-year-old will officially join Pep Guardiola's team at the opening of the summer transfer window on July 1.
Haaland has long been one of the most exciting prospects in world football, and his goal record at Dortmund (85 goals in 88 games) suggests that he has the attributes to catapult City's attacking threat to the next level.
Adding arguably the most deadly striker in world football to a team that already netted 99 league goals last campaign is unquestionably a frightening prospect for their Premier League rivals.
Which got us thinking, how could the rest of the division respond to such an enormous signing?
We've complied a list of one player each Premier League club should sign as they bid to level up their squad in the transfer window.

Arsenal - Gabriel Jesus
If rumours are to be believed Alexandra Lacazette could be on his way out of the Emirates this summer which could leave the Gunners rather short-handed in attack.
Meanwhile, Jesus has been forced to settle for limited game time under Guardiola despite rifling in the goals whenever he's been given a chance (13 this season).
The reportedly unsettled Brazilian has just over a year remaining on his existing deal and his agent has made no qualms in publicly discussing the 'project' that is Arsenal.
We think this would be the perfect move for both parties.

Aston Villa - Joe Gomez
It's a near impossible task to secure a regular starting berth in Liverpool's defence this season and Gomez has been a victim of his club's success.
The 25-year-old has fallen out of favour with Virgil van Dijk, Joel Matip and Ibrahima Konate all ahead of him in the pecking order and whilst we're sure Jurgen Klopp would love to keep him, we feel the Englishman needs a move away to get his career back on track.
Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard could offer him that lifeline. Not to mention he would be a brilliant addition to Aston Villa's backline alongside their new signing Diego Carlos.
Bournemouth - Matt Richie
Since Eddie Howe took charge of Newcastle half way through the season, Richie has featured just twice for the club and he seems certain for the exit door this summer.
That could create the perfect opportunity for his former club Bournemouth to sweep in and arrange a sensational link-up with their ex-star.
Ritchie earnt two promotions to the Premier League at the club between 2013-2016.
Brentford - Christian Eriksen
Eriksen has performed well since his January switch to Brentford but his short-term deal expires in July.
The Danish international has plenty of Premier League pedigree having racked up 65 assists in England's top-flight to date.
Therefore it goes without saying that Thomas Frank would love to keep a player of his quality at the club; however, Eriksen is reportedly considering his options after admitting that he would 'love to play Champions League football again' which could prove a sticking point in the deal.

Brighton - Ivan Toney
The Seagulls enjoyed their best ever league campaign last time out after coming in a very respectable ninth place.
An impressive defensive record was the main reason for that, conceding just 44 goals all season, but their attacking exploits left plenty to be desired.
The signature of Toney could remedy that issue if he can continue in the same vein of form that saw him notch 12 times for Brentford.
Chelsea - Kalidou Koulibaly and Jules Kounde
Chelsea are under new ownership and it looks like they've got some pretty deep pockets so we have two selections for you here.
The departures of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen will leave the Blues running thin when it comes to elite centre-backs and it's clear Thomas Tuchel will be dipping into the market for replacements.
Napoli's Koulibaly and Sevilla's Kounde might prove the two best picks of the bunch, although they'd certainly come with a hefty price tag.
The two defenders were both recently ranked 9th (Kounde) and 5th (Koulibaly) by FourFourTwo in their list of Europe's top 10 centre-backs.
Crystal Palace - Conor Gallagher
Gallagher has got himself quite the dilemma after enjoying a stellar season on loan at Palace - can Tuchel guarantee him game time if he returns to the Blues?
If not, another loan or even a permanent switch to the Eagles could be a great option.

Fulham - Fabio Carvalho (loan)
Carvalho was recently announced as a Liverpool player in a deal worth approximately five million.
The Portuguese starlet has been a revelation at Fulham as they emphatically bounced back to England's top-flight at the first time of asking, bagging 18 goal contributions in 36 Championship appearances.
Klopp doesn't have any initial intentions to loan Carvalho back out, stating that the youngster does have a role to play in his first team plans, but we figure it's worth a shot from Fulham.
He'll be such an enormous loss, after all.
Everton - James Tarkowski
Signing players from a relegated club is always a sure fire way to strike a decent bargain.
Tarkowski is a good Premier League centre-back that has over half a decade of experience in commanding a rigid Burnley defence.
Something which, based off last season, the Toffees could make great use of. Currently they are favourites in the race for his signature at even money, although, Aston Villa are just behind at 6/4. (Prices correct with Sky Bet, per Liverpool Echo)
Leeds - Ryan Kent
The former Liverpool man has enjoyed a strong season with Rangers and played a key part in the club reaching the Europa League final and lifting the Scottish Cup.
Should Leeds fail to hold onto Raphina, the club will need to bolster their wide options and the pacey 25-year-old could be the answer after reinvigorating his career in Scotland.
Leicester - Patrick Schick
If Leicester could pull off this deal it might just turn out signing of the season.
Schick has been on fire since he burst onto the scene for the Czech Republic at Euro 2020 and bagged an incredible 24 goals in 27 Bundesliga matches.
With Vardy now 35, it's time to start looking at the future towards life without their legendary striker.
Liverpool - Jude Bellingham
The Reds' squad is more stacked than ever before so finding a weak point has genuinely become a challenge now, however we think one area they could do with adding to is central midfield.
We all love James Milner, but at 37-years-old his ability to slip seamlessly into an exceedingly high quality Liverpool team is beginning to falter.
By the looks of things, Bellingham enjoys a brilliant relationship with Jordan Henderson which could help secure a marquee summer signing for the club.

Manchester City - Marc Cucurella
The Spaniard has been a shining light for Brighton after making the £16 million switch from Getafe last summer and was recently awarded the club's Player of the Season award.
Guardiola is reportedly keen on signing him in order to add some extra depth at left-back so we're inclined to agree with his expert opinion and take an easy tip.
How else could you improve their squad anyway? Now they've signed Haaland...
Manchester United - Declan Rice
There's so many areas of the squad that need investment from United. The central defence needs looking at, right-back, left-wing, but most of all, central midfield.
Paul Pogba - who was arguably the club's best all-round midfielder - has finally put an end to his nightmare spell at Old Trafford, which leaves Scott McTominay and Fred their best options...
Needless to say, that needs changing, and although Rice would cost more than his weight in gold we know United aren't afraid to splash out big.
Newcastle - Darwin Nunez
The Magpies are in for a hectic summer transfer window with the board certain to back Howe after leading the club to a miraculous 11th place finish from 19th.
Nunez would reportedly set any potential suitors back around £70 million but the Urugayan hitman looks to be worth every penny and more.
His tally of 26 goals in 28 matches tells you all you need to know about the 23-year-old and he would be the perfect statement signing to get the Newcastle revolution in motion.

Nottingham Forest - Emmanuel Dennis
Dennis caught the eye of many throughout last season as he scored 10 Premier League goals in a lacklustre Watford side.
The Hornets have of course been relegated now and Dennis is too good a player to be operating in the Championship - it might take some investment on the part of Forest, but that's exactly what they need to do if they hope to stay up next year.
Southampton - Morgan Gibbs-White
According to The Sun, Southampton boss Ralph Hasenhuttl is keen on bringing Gibbs-White to the Saints.
The Wolves man has been out on loan at Sheffied United this past season, racking up 22 goal contributions from 37 matches.
Tottenham - Christoper Nkunku
It's a good job Spurs' owners are injecting £150 million into the club, because to sign this red-hot Frenchman they would need the majority of that figure.
Nkunku has been up there with the best in Europe in 2021/2022 and so unsurprisingly he's generated interest from some of football's biggest institutions - most notably Bayern Munich, although it seems the Bavarian giants have been priced out of a move with Leipzig reportedly wanting nine figures for their star man.

West Ham - Tammy Abraham
The former Chelsea youth prospect never really got his chance in the first team at Stamford Bridge, however in his time at Roma he's shown his old club exactly what they missed out on in letting him go.
Abraham recently said "his heart was in Roma" so it won't be easy to pry him away from the Italian capital, especially with Jose Mourinho at the helm, but should the Hammers pull it off then it could be some signing.
Antonio hasn't been banging in the goals in the same spectacular fashion he was at the beginning of the season either, so adding some extra firepower would be a smart choice for 2022/2023.
Wolves - Andre Silva
There is one requirement when it comes to joining Wolves - you MUST be Portuguese.
Na, we're only joking, but we have decided to keep with their current theme by suggesting the forward - Andre Silva.
Wolves have been nothing short of diabolical going forward this season scoring just 38 goals in the league.
Increasing their attacking threat has to be the club's number one priority.
