City have activated Haaland's €60 million release clause at Borussia Dortmund, which for a 21-year-old with his outrageous talent is a bit of a bargain.
Of course, Pep Guardiola's side will have to splash out a fair bit in agent fees and wages, but there's no denying that it's a great deal overall.

The numbers speak for themselves and they're part of the reason why the Leeds-born striker is currently the second-most valuable player on the planet.
Only Paris Saint-Germain superstar Kylian Mbappe boasts a higher value.
