The FA Cup final between Liverpool and Chelsea takes place on Saturday afternoon at Wembley.

The FA Cup is the oldest competition in world football and the showpiece event is always one of the biggest dates in the sporting calendar.

Those who claim the FA Cup has lost its magic in recent years are, quite frankly, wrong.

The inaugural tournament took place in 1871 and was won by Wanderers, a team of former public schoolboys based in London.

But who will win the 2022 edition?

Liverpool's dreams of winning a quadruple are hanging by a thread having lost ground to Manchester City in the Premier League title race.

But having already beaten Chelsea in the Carabao Cup earlier this season, Jurgen Klopp's side will be looking to add a second domestic trophy at Wembley ahead of the Champions League final.
