Manchester City are set to complete the signing of Erling Haaland.

The Citizens announced they had agreed a fee [believed to be  £51.1m, per Sky Sports] with Dortmund for the Norwegian star.

He will sign for the club after personal terms are completed.

That takes Pep Guardiola's spending at City to just under £1 billion, per Transfermarkt.

That's an incredible amount for a manager that has only been in the Premier League since 2016.

But how does his spending compare to other managers to have managed in England's top tier?
