Jurgen Klopp further cemented his status as a Liverpool legend on Saturday after delivering another major trophy in the form of the FA Cup.

Klopp became the first German manager to lift the FA Cup with a penalty shoot-out victory over Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea at Wembley.

The 54-year-old, who recently signed a contract extension with the Reds, has now won the Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup, League Cup, UEFA Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup since his arrival at Anfield in October 2015.

In fact, Klopp has now managed to win every trophy he’s competed for as Liverpool manager. Remarkable.

Widely regarded as the world’s best manager, alongside Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola, Klopp has gone viral on social media for a rather curious moment shortly before the penalty shoot-out.

As Liverpool lined up a late free-kick in the final minute of extra-time, the camera cut to Klopp, who appeared to be looking towards the ground with a serious expression on his face.

He then suddenly and unexpectedly raised his head with *the* biggest grin on his face, much to the amusement of viewers.

Nobody knows what on earth was going through Jurgen’s mind in that moment.

Perhaps he had a vision of Liverpool winning the impending shoot-out and lifting the FA Cup.

Let’s check out some of the reaction from social media:

What did Klopp say after Liverpool won FA Cup?

In the aftermath of Saturday’s final, Klopp said he “could not be prouder” of his players’ efforts as they kept their quadruple dream alive.

"I couldn't be more proud of my boys, the shift they put in, how hard they fought," Klopp told BBC Sport.

"It was an incredible game, a nerve-wracking shootout, my nails are gone."

He added: "The quadruple thing is absolutely outstanding that we can talk about it. It's crazy. It's out of this world - this was game number 60 in an intense season."
