We're in the middle of May and Liverpool's dreams of winning the quadruple are still alive. On Saturday, they lifted their second trophy of the season as they defeated Chelsea on penalties in the FA Cup final. Three months earlier, they claimed the Carabao Cup in the exact same manner against the same opponents.Less than 24 hours after their FA Cup triumph, Liverpool's chances of winning the Premier League increased dramatically as Manchester City could only draw 2-2 against West Ham.Jurgen Klopp's side know that if they beat Southampton on Tuesday, they will go into the final day of the season just one point behind Man City. The Reds host Wolves next weekend while City face Aston Villa at home. Then a week after the Premier League campaign ends, they travel to Paris to play Real Madrid in the Champions League final. The odds are still stacked against Liverpool winning all four trophies but it's certainly possible. If you had offered any Kopite this situation at the start of the season, they would have bitten your hand off. After a difficult trophyless campaign last year, they couldn't have dreamt of such an incredible season up to now.No one could have predicted it.Or could they...?We brought you the story of how one Man Utd fan put £100 on Liverpool to win the quadruple at the start of the season. He'd win £100,000 if it came in.But one punter is set to win a whole lot more than that.

Punter put £100 on a Liverpool quadruple in August

At the start of the season in August, an unnamed bettor placed £100 on Liverpool winning all four trophies at Betfair.

The returns? A crazy £367,200.

And following Liverpool's FA Cup win and Man City's draw with West Ham, they're now being offered a cash-out of £22,000.

What would you do?

Hold your nerve for a life-changing amount of money or take the £22k and run?

They will no doubt sleep on the decision ahead of Liverpool's fixture against Southampton. The Reds face a trip down south knowing only a win would keep their hopes of winning the league alive. A draw and they would need a huge goal difference swing on the final day with Villa having to beat City.

If Liverpool were to beat Southampton, that £22k offer may well increase even more.

Betfair explained how the cash-out was once £32.4k before Liverpool's draw with Spurs. It went down to £5.4k after City beat thrashed Wolves. After the FA Cup win, it stood at £9.2k but rocketed up to £22k after City slipped up at West Ham.

Liverpool quadruple bet

As much as we'd all love to be in their position, we certainly don't envy the decision they have to make.

Good luck to them!
