To be who many consider the current face of the WWE, you need to have a body that portrays being in peak physical condition. At this moment in time, when people think of wrestling, the first name that comes to mind is Roman Reigns. Reigns currently holds the WWE Championship on Raw, as well as the Universal Championship on SmackDown, and to get to this point, the man known as “The Tribal Chief” has come a long way. Inspired by a tweet posted by Sportskeeda, which can be seen below, we decided to look into Reigns' 10-year body transformation, ranging back from 2012 to what he looks like today in 2022.

When Reigns first joined the WWE back in 2012, he was pictured to be in fairly strong condition, but fast forward to 2022, and “The Big Dog” has taken his body to a whole new level.

It's not just the muscles that have improved, but the facial hair grown certainly gives Reigns a more badass look.

He really has gone from 'The Puppy' in 2012, to 'The Big Dog' in 2022.

Check out the transformation below.

Reigns, who comes from a rich wrestling family, including cousin to The Rock, currently weighs 120KG, which is much heavier than large parts of the current roster, showing exactly why he holds two of the most meaningful belts in WWE.

With classic wrestlers such as The Rock, John Cena, The Undertaker and Stone Cold Steve Austin all a thing of the past now, Roman Reigns is certainly fit to take the crown to spearhead the new era of WWE.
