Triple H & Stone Cold Steve Austin: WWE star's episodes of Weakest Link were hilarious

WWE weakest link

The special episodes of ‘The Weakest Link’ featuring WWE Superstars Triple H, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Kane and Booker T, Big Show and more was so hilarious it cannot ever be forgotten.

Before big pay-per-view events, WWE Superstars will appear on mainstream TV shows to promote the show and encourage a wider audience of people to watch.

That was the case in 2001, right before Survivor Series in November, with WWE sending some of its talent on ‘The Weakest Link’.

Iconic host Anne Robinson welcomes William Regal, Stephanie McMahon, Lita, Trish Stratus, Kurt Angle and the aforementioned Booker T, Triple H and Big Show onto her NBC show.

You can watch the entire 40-minute episode below, and trust us, it’s well worth your time.

For those that haven’t seen the show, Anne Robinson is an incredibly witty host, and that made for some incredibly funny moments with the talent involved.

Big Show stared down the much-smaller Robinson after getting eliminated from the show, which was a particular highlight, as was her back-and-forth with Stephanie McMahon.

Booker T didn’t do too well on the show, as you can see above, and Robinson was sure to let the former WCW World Champion know what she thought of his performance, as did his fellow Superstars.

Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, the real-life husband and wife, made it right to the end of the show, which turned out pretty well considering both were top stars at the time.

However, that wasn’t the only time that WWE Superstars appeared on The Weakest Link show.

A second episode was also filmed in 2001, featuring a host of other WWE stars, including Edge, Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Dudley Boyz.

The back-and-forth between the Anne Robinson and the wrestlers, particularly Stone Cold Steve Austin, were utterly fantastic.

The show also saw the split of the Dudley Boyz, with Bubba Ray performing much better than his tag team partner.

The show, which you can also check out in full above, saw Kane beat Bubba Ray Dudley right at the end to win, with the finale going down to a sudden death round.

With Steve Austin on this particular episode, it fared much better in the ratings when compared to the first episode with Triple H as the main star.

Regardless of which episode brought in more views, both were pretty entertaining, and are definitely worth checking out.
