Conclusions

So, there we have it.

Man City should be crowned champions by 6pm on Sunday but Liverpool still have an 18% chance of lifting the Premier League trophy.

It would be some story if Steven Gerrard’s Aston Villa effectively hand the title to the Reds.

Tottenham, meanwhile, will almost certainly qualify for next season’s Champions League ahead of Arsenal.

Man Utd should secure Europa League football, rather than a place in the Europa Conference League, while at the opposite end of the table Leeds have it all to do in order to avoid joining Watford and Norwich in the Championship.

Everton and Burnley, however, are by no means safe as things stand.

It’s going to be one heck of a final day - and we can’t wait.
