Everton will be playing Premier League football in 2022/23.

Frank Lampard's side mathematically avoided relegation to the Championship on Thursday evening thanks to an epic 3-2 comeback victory over Crystal Palace.

Things looked bleak for Everton at the end of the first half, as the visitors were 2-0 ahead courtesy of goals from Jean-Philippe Mateta and Jordan Ayew.

At that point, relegation looked a distinct possibility, but the Toffees came out swinging in the second half to record the most important victory in their recent history.

Michael Keane, Richarlison and Dominic Calvert-Lewin all found the back of the during a pulsating final 45 minutes on Merseyside.

The fans inside Goodison Park certainly played their part as well, although one of them got a tad carried away during the match.
