Manchester United trio Marcus Rashford, Eric Bailly and Aaron Wan-Bissaka will discover 'at the end of July' whether they have a future at Old Trafford, according to transfer insider Dean Jones.

The Red Devils have entered a new era, with Erik ten Hag moving into the hot seat, but there are doubts as to whether a host of stars currently on the club's books will be involved in the Dutchman's plans.

What's the latest news involving Rashford, Bailly and Wan-Bissaka?

According to The Sun, ten Hag needs to be convinced that Rashford should be part of Manchester United's squad under his tutelage.

The report suggests staff behind the scenes still believe the £63million-rated winger has a bright future ahead of him, but question marks remain from ten Hag's point of view.

It comes after transfer guru Fabrizio Romano previously revealed Rashford was considering his Old Trafford future due to a lack of game-time.

Meanwhile, Bailly - along with fellow central defender Phil Jones - has outlined his intentions to seal a switch away when the transfer window reopens next month.

Wan-Bissaka could also head through the exit door, with former club Crystal Palace considering a move.

What has Dean Jones said about the trio?

Jones believes it will become clearer as to whether Rashford, Bailly or Wan-Bissaka will feature heavily in ten Hag's plans just before the 2022/23 season gets underway.

The transfer insider feels the Dutchman will need to move quickly if he decides he needs to find replacements.

Jones told GIVEMESPORT: "It's basically the start of July when he's going to start assessing these players properly, although he can have conversations with them.

"I'd say it's at the end of July when we'll get a good idea of who are going to be the outcasts in this Manchester United set-up and they'll quickly need a turnaround of players."

How did Rashford, Bailly and Wan-Bissaka perform this season?

Rashford failed to nail down a regular starting berth and only managed to contribute five goals and two assists, as a result.

Bailly, who is valued at £7.2million by Transfermarkt, was restricted to just six starts and 217 minutes of Premier League action, highlighting how he is not seen as an integral member of the Manchester United squad heading into ten Hag's tenure.

The £27million-rated Wan-Bissaka was involved on 26 occasions, but his final appearance of the campaign came in the 4-0 defeat at Liverpool last month.
