Sasha Banks & Naomi suspended: Pat McAfee's face during WWE's announcement
Naomi and Sasha Banks walked out on WWE just before last night’s episode of Monday Night Raw.
After disagreeing with the creative for the show, and with the overall treatment of the women’s tag team division, the pair decided to leave the building before the show started.
WWE released a statement on the matter, and then during Friday Night SmackDown a few days later, provided an update on the situation.
Michael Cole announced that WWE has suspended the duo, also stripping them of their WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.
Cole stated that WWE is going to hold a tournament to crown the next set of champions now that Naomi and Banks have been stripped.
Fans were quite shocked by how harsh Cole was when speaking about the pair, being told to say that Naomi and Banks let down their fellow WWE Superstars and the WWE Universe.
However, fans also noticed Pat McAfee’s face during the announcement, and to be honest, it was quite telling.
Pat remained silent while Cole announced the suspension, as can be seen below, but fans believe that his face spoke volumes about how he truly felt about the situation.

As of right now, there’s no word on when WWE is planning on lifting Naomi and Sasha Banks’ suspension, so it could be quite some time before we see them back on TV.
