Naomi and Sasha Banks were both indefinitely suspended by WWE last week. The pair walked out on WWE before last week's episode of Monday Night Raw, unhappy with their creative direction.WWE released a statement on the matter, which caught many fans by surprise, considering it's really not something they tend to do.The strangeness continued onto SmackDown, when during the show, Michael Cole announced that the pair had been suspended by WWE.It was also explained that Banks and Naomi had been stripped of their Women's Tag Team titles, with a tournament set to be held to crown new champions.

And now, following on from that suspension news, eagle-eyed fans have noticed something rather interesting about Naomi's social media activity.

The former SmackDown Women's Champion has removed all references to WWE in the bio of her Twitter page, as can be seen below.

Some fans have taken this to mean that Naomi has been let go by WWE, but all reports have stated that, as of right now, this hasn't happened.

In fact, it was even reported early on in this situation that no matter what happens, WWE has no intention of releasing Naomi, or Sasha Banks too for that matter.

However, as of right now, there is no word on when WWE is planning on bringing Naomi and Sasha Banks back, but it isn't likely to be anytime soon.

Despite all of this, this situation is constantly developing and could very much change, so make sure you stay tuned to GiveMeSport over the coming days and weeks for more updates.

In another interesting update, Sasha Banks was removed from WWE's signature opening sting, which you can read more about by clicking here.

We may also see another update to the situation, particularly as it pertains to the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, tonight on Monday Night Raw.
