Hitman 3: IO Interactive announces support for ray tracing on PC
Hitman 3’s PC version, the latest in IO Interactive’s stealth series, will get a visual upgrade soon with the introduction of ray tracing.
Despite the passing of time, Hitman 3 have revealed that Agent 47’s antics still holds value in the gaming world today. More than 20 years after it began, IO’s stealth series has evolved into one of the greatest espionage game franchises ever, alongside Splinter Cell and Metal Gear Solid.
However, due to its popularity, the latest admission in the series of PC games is likely to get a graphical update, which will be happening soon.
As mentioned in a recent tweet from developer IO, Hitman 3 will soon be able to support ray tracing and have Nvidia’s DLSS (Deep Learning Super Sampling) feature integrated. Aside from ray tracing, Hitman 3 will feature Intel’s XeSS.
The long-awaited Arc graphics cards will also be released in the coming months, allowing Hitman players to enjoy improved resolution and lighting without having to buy an RTX GPU.

Hitman 3 PC Requirements
The update will give players more access to more content and gameplay options to these older levels. This will be rolling out for PC players on 24th May 2022:

Hitman 3’s engine will also allow users to play Hitman 1/2’s content within Hitman 3’s engine. This is one of its greatest features.
