Bad news for WWE, as Randy Orton is off TV right now dealing with a severe back injury.Randy Orton teamed with Riddle on Friday Night SmackDown last week as RK-Bro faced off with The Usos in a WWE Tag team title unification match. The Usos won the match, becoming the first-ever Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions in the process. It wasn't only RK-Bro's loss that will serve as bad news for WWE fans, but also injury news coming out of the show regarding Randy Orton.

During last night's episode of Monday Night Raw, Riddle opened the show to speak about his loss, and he was not accompanied by Orton.

The former NXT star announced that Orton is dealing with a severe back injury right now, and provided the worrying update that he isn't sure if the pair will ever team together again.

Randy Orton's been having a really hard time with his back lately. Before our Tag Team Title Match, he could barely walk. I knew Randy wouldn't let me down because he knew how much it went to me. And he knew how much it meant to you.

As of right now, there's no word on whether or not the injury is part of a storyline or is legitimate, but GiveMeSport will look to keep posted with any potential updates on the matter.

Orton's injury, if it is legitimate, could lead to WWE having to change the majority of its plans for the summer.

Just last week, a report claimed that Orton was going to be facing Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns at SummerSlam, which you can read more about by clicking here.

However, if his injury is legitimately as severe as Riddle made it out to be, WWE may be forced to change its plans and go with another challenger for Reigns.
