Tottenham majority shareholder ENIC Sports Inc pumping an extra £150m into the club is a massive boost to Antonio Conte’s summer transfer plans, according to journalist Pete O’Rourke.

The news comes just days after the Italian led the club into the Champions League, and O’Rourke reckons that it could serve Spurs well in the upcoming window.

Which players could Tottenham sign?

With an extra £150m in the bank, Tottenham could really mean business in the upcoming window.

As O’Rourke alluded to, Conte wants six players, and he is close to getting the first of those, with Fraser Forster close to joining from Southampton.

In terms of defenders, Conte wants Eintracht Frankfurt man Filip Kostic and Nottingham Forest loanee Djed Spence remains on his radar, while Alessandro Bastoni, who he worked with at Inter Milan, is one of his main centre-back targets.

Midfielder wise, a host of Premier League names have been mentioned, including Christian Eriksen, Youri Tielemans, John McGinn and Brighton’s Yves Bissouma, while Football.London believe that Spurs have identified up to seven strikers they would like to sign.
