Sami Zayn has shared an amusing throwback image of him alongside members of The Bloodline, Jimmy and Jey Uso and Roman Reigns

Over the past few weeks, we’ve seen Sami Zayn align himself with The Bloodline on Friday Night SmackDown. Despite not being related to the legendry Anoa’i wrestling family, Zayn has positioned himself as an honouree member of the group, willing to do anything to get in the good books of The Tribal Chief and his cousins.

One fan account has taken Zayn’s allegiance to The Bloodline to the next level by posting a hilarious image of a young Jimmy and Jey Uso alongside Reigns, and adding a fresh-faced Zayn to the family portrait.

The image went down so well, that Zayn himself shared it on his Instagram account, with the caption ‘My Sargent Pepper phase’ alluding to his likeness to The Beatles in the 1970s heyday. A look that former WWE announcer Renee Young agreed with, adding under the comments ‘Quality content. Very Ringo’.

There were also comments from Sami’s WrestleMania opponent Johnny Knoxville who labelled his former foe ‘Sargent Pecker’, while Jey Uso also posted a reply to the image. Simply saying ‘Help dawg’ after seeing Zayn’s post.

Zayn entangled himself in the Bloodline’s business earlier this month, when he went one-on-one with Riddle, with a win for Riddle meant that RK-Bro would get to challenge The Usos in a unification match for the Raw and SmackDown Tag Team Titles.

Unfortunately, Zayn lost the bout, however it proved fruitful for The Bloodline as it resulted in the unification match taking place on last Friday’s SmackDown. A match which saw The Usos defeat RK-Bro and become the unified tag team champions, alongside the WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns.
