As of last night, we are now aware of the two participants in the men's bracket that will collide for the inaugural Owen Hart Cup at Double Or Nothing.

Last week on AEW Dynamite, we found out that Adam Cole would be the first of the two finalists to battle for the Owen Hart Cup. Cole would secure his place after defeating Jeff Hardy in a highly anticipated semi-final bout.

Adam Cole would secure the victory after a failed Swanton Bomb attempt from Hardy led to Cole being able to hit the BOOM.

Cole holds one of the most impressive records in AEW with his only two singles competition losses coming at the hands of current AEW World Champion Hangman Adam Page.

However, it seems Adam Cole will have to topple an undefeated opponent in order to lift the Owen Hart Cup. This being none other than reigning ROH World TV Champion Samoa Joe.

Since his arrival in AEW, Samoa Joe has a current record of 5 wins and 0 losses. Joe went one-on-one last night with Undisputed Elite member Kyle O'Reilly.

Both men put on a show in what was a huge Dynamite main event. The match demonstrated a masterclass in striking and submissions but ultimately the Samoan Submission Machine was victorious after trapping O'Reilly in the Coquina Clutch to pick up the victory.

The stage is now set for this Sunday, May 29th at Double Or Nothing where Samoa Joe and Adam Cole will collide in a dream match where the victor will add the first-ever Owen Hart Foundation Cup to their list of accolades.
