Anthony Joshua has been brutally compared to a busted flush in poker by a boxing journalist who claimed he will be beaten by Oleksandr Usyk again in their rematch.

The British superstar lost his WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO heavyweight titles after a unanimous points loss to the Ukrainian last September.

AJ, 32, has made several changes to his training set-up in the wake of that defeat, replacing former trainer Rob McCracken with chief second Angel Fernandez.

But The Sun's legendary boxing writer Colin Hart doesn't think that it will make much of a difference as he thinks Usyk is just simply too good for Joshua.

It came after a comment made that Tyson Fury will come out of retirement to fight the winner of Joshua's rematch with Usyk for the chance to become the first undisputed heavyweight world champion since Lennox Lewis.

Hart told iFL TV: "I think if Tyson is offered a unification fight against either Usyk or Joshua he won’t be able to resist it despite what he says because he will then be able to get the legacy he deserves by becoming the unified champion.

"I've said this before, I think Anthony is rather a busted flush, and I think Usyk will beat him again.

Legendary boxing writer Colin Hart thinks Oleksandr Usyk will beat Anthony Joshua in their rematch this summer

"This time, or should I say the next time if it happens, he may well stop him before the end of the 12th round.

"He very nearly did it in the first fight.

"There’s only one proviso. Usyk’s mind, half of it at least, may be in Ukraine, worrying about his family there. If his mind is 100 per cent focused on the fight, I can’t see Joshua beating him.

"Well, they will go where the money is, obviously, but it's a great pity that it's not going to be in this country.

"If it is in Saudi, well, then good luck to them. I won't be there."

Meanwhile, Joshua's promoter Eddie Hearn has revealed that the pair are running out of time to agree terms for their rematch to take place on July 23 in Saudi Arabia.

He let slip on The DAZN Boxing Show: “July 23, in the Middle East is the frontrunner.

“We’re almost out of time for that date if we don’t get the deal done this week.

“I’m hoping we can give you two big pieces of news this week.

“That will be Canelo Alvarez’s next fight and Anthony Joshua’s next fight – two of the biggest stars of the sport.”
