According to VGC the files were reported datamined from a recent game patch and appear to indicate that the DLC will follow Songbird, a character who was previously datamined from the original game and boasts a finalised model.

Although the files are said to be incomplete, with numerous side missions employing placeholder language, the leak appears to reveal that the expansion will have seven primary missions.

Cyberpunk 2077

The Combat Zone, a Pacifica region area described in the main game but still closed, is rumoured to be unlocked in the forthcoming addition. The zone was previously depicted in the art book Cyberpunk 2077. In addition, the Sports Dome, a big, inaccessible location from the main game, will eventually open. One of the new main objectives of the expansion is supposed to be located in this area.

Johnny Silverhand, a fan favourite, maybe making a comeback with this DLC. Johnny Silverhand’s audibles will be significantly reduced with this DLC. The ‘ghost’ in V’s mind, performed by Keanu Reeves, is clearly overpowered by Songbird in a number of instances.

With a substantial number of CD Projekt Red’s developers working on it, the expansion is aiming for a 2023 release date.
