AEW returned to Las Vegas for the fourth instalment of the highly anticipated Double Or Nothing Pay-Per-View. The event featured four title matches, both Owen Hart Cup Finals and so much more.

Plus there was a huge title change.

Spoiler Alert! Here are the results for the full event below courtesy of GiveMeSport.

HOOK and Danhausen def Tony Nese and Smart Mark Sterling - Buy-In

Double Or Nothing kicked off with the tag team debut of unlikely allies HOOK and Danhausen as they took on Tony Nese and Smart Mark Sterling.

Both teams showcased great offence throughout the match with Nese and HOOK looking the stronger competitors for both teams. However, HOOK would get the upper hand and just as it looked like he was going to hit a series of devastating elbows he tagged in Danhausen who picked up the pinfall victory.

This makes HOOK and Danhausen undefeated in tag team competition.

Winners: HOOK and Danhausen

Wardlow def MJF-

The show kicked off with a bang as MJF took to the ring, putting rumours to a bed of him not being at Double Or Nothing after not showing up at the Fan Fest event prior.

Wardlow was escorted to the ring by security, soaking in the symphony of Wardlow chants echoing the T-Mobile Arena.

The match began with MJF using his speed to evade the powerhouse at all costs, even countering a few powerbomb attempts with smart yet dirty tactics.

However, a failed attempt to use the Dynamite Diamond Ring saw MJF fall victim to 10 spine-crushing powerbombs that allowed Wardlow to pick up the victory in dominant fashion and finally be free of MJF's contract.

Post-match saw Tony Schiavone officially announce that Wardlow was now officially ALL ELITE.

Winner: Wardlow

The Hardys def The Young Bucks-

A dream match in the making for All Elite Wrestling as two generational tag teams collided once again.

The Bucks seemed back to their cocky ways taunting The Hardys from the get-go in this match. The Bucks would take the advantage in the early moments of the match, as Nick Jackson scouted a tag team manoeuvre from The Hardys perfectly and caught Jeff with an enziguri mid-air.

A series of miscommunicated attacks from Nick Jackson allowed Matt Hardy to regain control of The Hardys.

The main turning point in the match occurred when Jeff Hardy planted Matt Jackson with a Swanton Bomb on the steel steps.

Matt Hardy would follow up in the ring with a Twist of Fate on Nick Jackson before Jeff hit another Swanton Bomb to secure The Hardys a huge victory.

Winners: The Hardys

Jade Cargill ( c ) def Anna Jay - TBS Championship Match

The first of four championship matches saw the undefeated TBS Champion Jade Cargill take on the Dark Order's Anna Jay.

Both women would show great offence at the start of this bout. However, the challenger Jay would shift the momentum into her favour after levelling Cargill with a devastating superplex.

Jay would continue to counter and utilise her ring IQ throughout the bout and even came close to making Cargill submit after locking in the Queen Slayer submission hold.

Cargill would escape and regain that well-familiar momentum, a surprise appearance from Stokeley Hathaway, formerly known as Malcolm Bivens in the WWE gave Cargill the support to hit an avalanche Jaded to retain her title and move to 32-0.

Post-match saw Cargill and The Baddies celebrate with Hathaway. Just as they were about to attack Jay after the match, Kris Statlander would come to her aid. Then the playing field was levelled as the debuting Athena, formerly known as Ember Moon in the WWE, confronted the reigning TBS Champion.

Winner: Jade Cargill- Still TBS Champion

The House Of Black def Death Triangle- Trios Match

Both teams looked to put the nail in the coffin of this rivalry in this highly anticipated trios match.

The match kicked off with a bang as Malakai Black and Rey Fenix demonstrated their high-velocity athleticism before coming to a stalemate which had the fans in awe.

Brody King would soon utilise his power to shift the momentum into the favour of The House Of Black by taking out all three members of Death Triangle.

Again you couldn't blink watching this bout as it was so even between both teams. However, the match would soon come to an end as a low blow from Pac allowed him to set up for the signature Black Arrow to put away Malakai Black and make Death Triangles revenge a success.

However, this was stunted by the lights going out in the arena and when they came back on none other than Julia Hart was stood in the ring. She would proceed to spray the dark mist in the eyes of Pac before Black hit the Dark Mass to secure the victory.

Julia Hart had become the latest edition to The House Of Black.

Winner: The House Of Black

Adam Cole def Samoa Joe- Owen Hart Foundation Tournament Men's Final

For the first time, Adam Cole and ROH World TV Champion Samoa Joe went one-on-one in singles competition to determine who would be crowned the inaugural Owen Hart Cup winner.

Joe would come out the gate utilising a mix of speed and power to ground Cole.

However, Cole would soon look to neutralise the bigger Joe by dissecting him limb by limb in the corner of the ring, specifically targetting the left shoulder, damaged by fellow Undisputed Elite member Kyle O'Reilly previously in Joe's semi-final match.

As the match progressed, Joe would come close to being the victor after tangling Cole up in a variety of well-executed submissions.

However, the distraction from Bobby Fish proved to be the advantage Cole needed as it allowed him to hit Joe with the BOOM and pick up the victory to become the inaugural Owen Hart Cup Champion in the men's bracket and hand Samoa Joe his first loss in AEW.

Winner: Adam Cole

Dr Britt Baker D.M.D def Ruby Soho- Owen Hart Foundation Tournament Women's Final

Soho was out for revenge as she looked to secure the victory that has haunted and alluded her since joining AEW.

However, Baker looked to add another accolade to her ever-impressive AEW career.

Soho would showcase her tenacity from the get-go keeping the offence on Baker and levelling her with a stiff shotgun dropkick on the outside.

Baker would regain some offence but in the first half of the bout, it was very much in the favour of Soho who kept piling the pressure onto the D.M.D.

In the closing moments, Baker would synch in the lockjaw, but Soho would quickly slip out and follow up with a signature move used by the Harts, the sharpshooter. Just as it looked as if Baker was going to tap she managed to escape.

Soho would then look for a roll-up victory on Baker, similar to how she defeated Kriss Statlander in the semi-finals but this would backfire as Baker would execute a roll-up of her own to pick up the victory.

Post-match saw the founder of the Owen Hart Foundation, Dr Martha Hart, give a touching speech and present both Adam Cole and Britt Baker with their titles and trophy for being the inaugural winners.

Winner: Dr Britt Baker D.M.D

Scorpio Sky, Ethan Page and Paige VanZant def Frankie Kazarian, Sammy Guevara and Tay Conti- Mixed Trios Match

The first-ever mixed trios match came with huge conditions because if Sammy Guevara's team was to lose then neither he nor Frankie Kazarian can challenge for the TNT Championship while Scorpio Sky is champion again.

Also, this match saw the in-ring debut of former MMA star Paige VanZant.

The match began with Ethan Page just teeing off on Guevara with an array of huge lariats.

Momentum would soon change when Kazarian was brought into the fray as he and Sky brought the bout to a stalemate on successive occasions.

As the match progressed, Guevara almost picked up the victory after dropping Sky with a huge springboard cutter but showboating cost him valuable time.

VanZant would finally get tagged in and take the fight to Tay Conti and dropped her with a huge back overhead suplex.

In the closing moments, a heated confrontation between Kazarian and Conti would lead to Guevara accidentally hitting Conti with a superkick.

Kazarian would toss Guevara over the top rope and to the outside but this distraction allowed Page to connect a roundhouse kick before Sky hit the TKO to pick up the victory.

Winners: TNT Champion Scorpio Sky, Ethan Page and Paige VanZant

Kyle O'Reilly def Darby Allin-

Allin asked for this match after O'Reilly injured his friend and mentor Sting a few weeks ago.

O'Reilly would demonstrate his martial arts background from the get-go, dropping Allin with a variety of strikes and grapples.

The speed of Darby would soon prove to be too much for O'Reilly, as Darby would hit O'Reilly with an aerial assault both inside and outside of the ring.

In the closing moments, O'Reilly would regain control after a failed Coffin Drop attempt from Darby allowed O'Reilly to synch in the armbar. O'Reilly would follow up by utilising the chain of Allin before hitting three PK's and finishing him off with a diving knee drop off the top rope to secure the victory.

Winner: Kyle O'Reilly

Thunder Rosa ( c ) def Serena Deeb- AEW Women's World Championship

Rosa kicked off the bout by demonstrating her signature technical style, very similar to that of Deeb's, locking her opponent in an array of limb stretching holds.

Rosa would continue to dominate, but a well-executed counter from Deeb allowed her to shift the momentum finally in her favour after locking in an octopus hold.

Deeb would almost pick up the victory after dropping Rosa with the Deeb-Tox, but the Champion would kick out by the skin of her teeth.

The closing moments, saw Rosa hit a huge superplex before quickly following up with the Fire Thunderdriver to pick up the victory and retain her championship in impressive fashion.

Winner: Thunder Rosa- Still AEW Women's Champion

Jericho Appreciation Society def Eddie Kingston, Santana, Ortiz and The Blackpool Combat Club's Jon Moxley and Bryan Danielson- Anarchy In The Arena Match

The JAS would make their way to the ring serenaded by fans singing along to Jericho's signature theme song Judas.

Fans would continue to sing as Kingston's team made their way through the crowd to Jon Moxley's theme song Wild Thing.

The match would not wait until the bell and all ten men would begin the fight in the crowd, with Matt Menard getting busted open in the opening moments after Jon Moxley dug a fork into his forehead.

The fight was everywhere with all men dispanding and taking the fight to different parts of the arena.

The closing moments of the match would see a bloody Eddie Kingston emerge from the back and make his way down the stage with a canister of gasoline before pouring it on both Danielson and Jericho. As Kingston was about to light it, his partner Danielson stopped him which ended up with the two brawling.

As Moxley tried to split things up he alongside Kingston and Danielson was levelled with steel chair shots before Jake Hager barged Moxley onto a barbed wire board stacked on a table.

This allowed Jericho and Hager to team up and put Danielson to sleep to pick up the victory.

Winners: Jericho Appreciation Society

Jurassic Express ( c ) def Swerve Strickland and Keith Lee, and Ricky Starks and Powerhouse Hobbs- AEW World Tag Team Championships Triple-Threat Tag Team Match

The champions Jurassic Express looked to complete duty similar to their AEW Revolution challenge, where they defeated two top teams in AEW at once to retain their titles.

The match would begin with Powerhouse Hobbs showcasing his strength to dominate Swerve. However, the momentum would soon shift to Swerve In Our Glory as Keith Lee took out both Luchasaurus and Jungle Boy on the outside.

All three teams would gain good bursts of momentum in this match, and Ricky Starks looked as if he had won the titles for him and Hobbs after dropping Jungle Boy with a slingshot slam but Luchasaurus would break the pinfall at the last second.

While the referee was distracted Starks looked to hit Jungle Boy with the FTW Championship, but a save from Christian Cage on the outside prevented this from happening.

This allowed Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus to hit the Jurassic Express to pick up the victory and retain their titles again.

Winners: Jurassic Express- Still AEW Tag Team Champions

CM Punk def Hangman Adam Page ( c ) - AEW World Championship

This match saw CM Punk's first opportunity at challenging for a title in AEW as well as the first Pay-Per-View that he will main event.

However, he was facing his toughest challenge yet in the reigning AEW World Champion Hangman Adam Page, who has defeated the likes of Kenny Omega, Bryan Danielson, Adam Cole and many more during an impressive title reign.

Page made it clear as one of the building blocks for AEW that he was fighting for AEW against CM Punk, showcasing a more tenacious passionate side of the Cowboy that we have only seen glimpses of in the past, whereas Punk saw this bout as strictly business.

Punk and Hangman exchanged hard-hitting shots from the moment the bell rang. Page would get the better of Punk after countering Punk with a spinning elbow to the jaw incapacitating him momentarily.

Hangman would continue to dominate as the match progressed, dropping Punk on the outside with a moonsault but this looked to have tweaked the knee of the champion.

In the closing moments, the referee is wiped out and it looked as if Page was going to use the AEW World Championship to illegally strike Punk and help him pick up the victory. After going back and forth with himself he decided not to use it and as he set up for the Buckshot Lariat to finish the match, Punk would counter and hit the GTS securing the victory and being crowned the new AEW World Champion.

Winner: CM Punk - New AEW World Heavyweight Champion
