Tottenham making a move for Lyon striker Moussa Dembele this summer is a possibility, believes journalist Pete O'Rourke.
Dembele has one year left on his contract, and while O'Rourke feels forwards will be hesitant to join Spurs because of the presence of Harry Kane, he can still see the north London club trying to sign the Frenchman.

If reports from France are to be believed, then Dembele could be returning to England in the upcoming transfer window.
According to Foot Mercato, the former Fulham man was watched by both Manchester United and Arsenal during the 2021/22 season.
The same outlet also states that Tottenham have an interest in Dembele, so a move back to English football looks like it could be a possibility.
He really impressed in the recently-concluded campaign, scoring 22 goals to take his senior career tally to 137.

What has O'Rourke said about Dembele and Tottenham?
O'Rourke would not be surprised to see Tottenham make a move for Dembele, though he thinks they could struggle to lure him to Hotspur Way because of Kane.
Speaking to GIVEMESPORT, the journalist said: "You could possibly see it. Obviously, they're being linked with a number of strikers, but the problem is for these strikers, are they happy to come and play second fiddle to Harry Kane?
"Not many of the top strikers would be willing to do that unless Antonio Conte is planning to change his formation."
Would Dembele be a good signing for Tottenham?
If they can get him, Dembele could be a very smart purchase by Spurs. Given his goal record, he should be able to provide adequate cover for Kane, while his contract situation means he should not cost that much money.
However, there lies the problem, convincing the ex-Celtic star, or any other striker for that matter, to join the club as Kane's deputy.
As long as he is fit, the England captain is always going to play. So unless Conte plans to switch formation, as O'Rourke mentioned, the Italian cannot offer guaranteed minutes to any striker he is interested in.
It leaves Spurs in a sticky situation, as they could do with the arrival of a new forward after qualifying for the Champions League.
To compete in Europe and the Premier League, Conte will know he needs solid options and in every area. Up front, Dembele could be one, but it may take some convincing to bring him in this summer.
