FIFA 23 is slowly creeping up on us, which means ratings will be released in due time - here are our predictions for the Manchester City ratings.

Manchester City have been phenomenal once again this season under Pep Guardiola. A second consecutive Premier League title was delivered to Manchester on a dramatic final day of the season as Man City just pipped Liverpool to the top spot. This was the only trophy for The Cityzens this season, but throughout the year they really did show us some fantastic football.

Due to this - a lot of players will be receiving rating increases in FIFA 23. City already has some of the highest-rated stars, but we think in the new instalment of the franchise they're only going to get better.

So, with this - let's take a look at our Manchester City predicted ratings for FIFA 23 Ultimate Team.

Goalkeepers and Defenders

Ederson - 89 (+0)

Zack Steffen - 78 (+0)

Joao Cancelo - 88 (+2)

Kyle Walker - 86 (+1)

Ruben Dias - 88 (+1)

Aymeric Laporte - 87 (+1)

John Stones - 84 (+1)

Nathan Ake - 79 (+1)

Oleksandr Zinchenko - 81 (+1)

A sea of +1's for the Manchester City backline.

Every player that has received a predicted upgrade has developed once again this season under Pep Guardiola, and they only look like getting better.

One of the standout performers of the season, Joao Cancelo, has been rewarded with a +2 to 88 rated, he has been sensational this campaign and thoroughly deserves to be one of the highest rated full-backs in the entire game.

No movement on the goalkeepers, Ederson's FIFA 22 rating of 89 seems more than fair for a goalkeeper of his quality.

Midfielders

Phil Foden of Manchester City celebrates

Rodri - 87 (+1)

Ilkay Gundogan - 85 (+0)

Bernardo Silva - 88 (+2)

Phil Foden - 86 (+2)

Kevin De Bruyne - 92 (+2)

Not a single midfielder predicted under 85. This shows the sheer ferocity of City's side.

Kevin De Bruyne enjoyed another stellar campaign, picking up the Premier League Player of the Season Award once again. He simply has to be upgraded, which means he sits at 92 in FIFA 23.

Another award winner, Phil Foden receives a +2 for his contributions to the 2021/22 campaign. He really is one of the most exciting young prospects in the world and 86 rated seems more than justified.

The only non-mover is Ilkay Gundogan, whose 85 rated FIFA 22 card was probably fair anyway.

Attackers

Raheem Sterling Man City

Raheem Sterling - 89 (+1)

Riyad Mahrez - 87 (+1)

Jack Grealish - 84 (+0)

Gabriel Jesus - 84 (+1)

Erling Haaland - 90 (+2)

Another round of players with no downgrades. We also have a new face in the mix who joins the 90+ rated club.

Manchester City have already added to their star-studded lineup this summer with the acquisition of Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund. The Norwegian powerhouse is one of the worlds best strikers at such a young age and we're sure everyone is excited to see what he can do in the Premier League.

+1's have been predicted for Gabriel Jesus, Riyad Mahrez and Raheem Sterling after very decent campaigns. Jack Grealish remains the same after a somewhat mediocre start to life at the Etihad.
