Here is what Joanna Jedrzejczyk had to say about her contest with Weili Zhang at UFC 275 on Saturday 11th June 2022 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

Joanna Jedrzejczyk will be making her return to the octagon for a massive rematch when she faces Weili Zhang at UFC 275 on Saturday 11th June 2022.

The first clash between the two fighters is regarded as one of the greatest contests in the history of the company, and fans will be hoping that the two Strawweight contenders will be able to put on even half as good a spectacle.

Whilst not completely giving away her game plan, Jedrzejczyk recently discussed how she will be approaching the fight at UFC 275, with the winner likely going on to face division Champion, Carla Esparza.

Speaking to MMAJunkie, the Women’s Strawweight contender revealed that she is looking to be smarter in her approach to the rematch.

She said: “I think that she’s not the same after our first fight. Of course I lost, but she’s not the same. But she’s still one of the most dangerous in the division. It’s going to be a hell of a fight.

“I just have to put the gas pedal down and be first, violent, but smart from the first seconds of the fight. There is no time to be wasted in this fight, so we have to play my game from the first seconds of the fight.

“It’s going to be a medical procedure. I’m going to be the best surgeon and I will pick the right tools and use them at the right time. Sharp.”
