Jude Bellingham appeared to throw up on the pitch towards the end of Germany vs England after producing a brilliant performance.Bellingham came on as a first-half substitute for Kalvin Phillips, who had to go off injured in Munich in the UEFA Nations League clash.But the 18-year-old wasted no time in making an impact against the country in which he plays his football.The Borussia Dortmund midfielder was everywhere during his all-action performance. He closed down German players regularly while also impressing on the ball.However, Bellingham's energetic display came at a price.In the final few moments, Bellingham was seen bent over after yet another lung-bursting run. Ahead of the Germany match, Bellingham was backed to make an impact at the Qatar World Cup by Danny Murphy, despite only being 18.

"For him to even be considered as an England player at 18 is phenomenal," Murphy wrote in the Daily Mail. "He’s already gained more experience in the game than many footballers in their twenties.

"It shows how hard it will be for Bellingham and I suspect Southgate will begin with the tried and trusted Declan Rice, Kalvin Phillips and Mason Mount in Qatar.

"At his age, it’s inevitable Bellingham will have some games in which he looks brilliant, and others where he has less influence. Longer-term, I have not doubt he will be phenomenal and an England regular. It’s just a big ask for him to achieve that by November.

"Bellingham may have a couple of years in and out of the England team but after that he’ll be a cornerstone. He has shown at Borussia Dortmund he has the mentality to cope with pressure."
