Other features include former NBA player and current analyst Kenny Smith, Minnesota Timberwolves small forward Anthony Edwards, Atlanta Hawks power forward Trae Young and more.

The film was produced by The SpringHill Company as well as Happy Maddison Productions. SpringHill is owned by 18-time NBA All-Star and 4-time NBA Champion LeBron James, and Happy Maddison is owned by Adam Sandler.

IMDB rated the film a 7.5/10 and ranked 96 on the popularity chart. Rotten Tomatoes gave the film a score of 88% on the Tomatometer and a 90% audience score. These scores put the film on par with the popularised film starring Sandler, Uncut Gems which was nominated for numerous awards as well as walking away winners on multiple occasions.

It seems as if Hustle could be following suit with its surge in popularity in regards to the sporting film genre.
