Real Madrid raised the European bar another notch higher as they beat Liverpool in Paris to claim yet another Champions League title.

The Spanish titans pulled off a tactical masterclass to shut out Mohamed Salah and co as Thibaut Courtois put in a colossal performance in goal.

However, while it was Courtois who snatched the headlines, the entire defensive line put in a monumental shift to keep a clean sheet.

As a result, it took just the single Vinicius Jr goal to seal the deal with Carlo Ancelotti's side summiting the European mountain yet again.

That makes it an unprecedented 14 titles for the Galacticos - a tally not only more than anyone else, but double even the side in second place.

For a number of players within the squad, Parisian glory saw them claim their fifth title as they wrote their names into the pages of European history.

When Zinedine Zidane was in charge, they went on a staggering run of three consecutive titles as Cristiano Ronaldo tore the continent to shreds.

As a result of their obscene success, Madrid have a separate room to house their glut of European trophies and, in a recent video, the club gave us a look inside.

In the clip, club president Florentino Perez is seen placing the latest title on its podium alongside the other 13 European Cups they have won over the years.

It is, without a doubt, one of the greatest flexes we have ever seen in the football world so be sure to check it out in the clip below:

Perez couldn't look more smug could he?

Now, Madrid are looking to further cement their spot as Europe's biggest club by completing the signing of Aurelien Tchouameni from Monaco.

Madrid seem to have beaten the likes of Liverpool to the 22-year-old's signature, further bolstering their ranks of incredible young stars.
