Spain beat Czech Republic in their UEFA Nations League match on Sunday evening.

Carlos Soler scored the opener in the 24th minute.

Pablo Sarabia then made the points safe with 15 minutes of the match remaining.

Gavi has earned rave reviews for his cameo in the match.

The Barcelona midfielder, just 17, entered the game in the 59th minute as he replaced Soler.

Gavi was fantastic for the limited time he was on the pitch. One of the many silky runs he went on during the game has gone viral.

The youngster had his back to goal when he was given the ball roughly 40 yards out.

Feeling the presence of an opponent marking him tightly, Gavi produced a lovely turn and ran towards goal. He then jinxed inside and outside as he toyed with Czech Republic's defenders, before laying off the ball to Ferran Torres.

Unfortunately, Torres couldn't do Gavi's run justice as he immediately lost the ball.

Gavi also played a key role in Sarabia's goal. he started the move off as he ghosted past a defender before finding a teammate. Moments later, the ball was in the back of the net.

Luis Enrique was full of praise for Gavi in his post-match interview.

He told TVE, per Goal: "It's an erupting volcano. It is very difficult not to fall in love with Gavi. Any fan wants to see him play."

Asked if he has had to advise Gavi on any parts of his game, Enrique added: "No, you know, he picks up everything very quickly."

Someone needs to check Gavi's birth certificate. What he does on the pitch week in, week out is simply not normal for a footballer of his age.
