Tottenham will back Antonio Conte to such an extent that ENIC will try and deliver him whoever he wants, according to Sky Sports reporter Michael Bridge.

Chairman Daniel Levy has traditionally been a difficult businessman to negotiate with during transfer windows, but Bridge reckons that Conte's presence should lead to a change in strategy.

What's the latest news involving Tottenham?

On the back of signing Juventus pair Dejan Kulusevski and Rodrigo Bentancur in January, Conte has already made a strong start to the summer window, bringing in Fraser Forster and Ivan Perisic on frees and Yves Bissouma in a £25m deal.

Meanwhile, Middlesbrough right-back Djed Spence, who's been strongly linked with the north Londoners since January, has several offers, but prefers a move to Tottenham and could join in a £20m deal.

And Bridge expects Tottenham's productive window to continue and doesn't believe that money will be an object during the Italian's reign.

What did Bridge say about Tottenham?

He told GIVEMESPORT: "I think we've seen with Bastoni; they were ready to pay the fee, it's just the player is very happy in his country, the club he supports, the problem was never Tottenham.

"You'd say in the past, what is happening with that deal? Well, Spurs offered a little bit less and moved the goalposts last minute and the selling team pulled out. That is what used to frustrate many fans, but I don't think you'll see that with Tottenham this summer. If they want someone, they'll get him."

Who else could Tottenham sign?

The Telegraph reported at the beginning of the window that Conte had asked for six players to build a squad good enough to challenge in Europe and the Premier League.

But with Spurs making impressive strides early in the window, the ex-Chelsea manager could end up bringing in more than what he originally asked for.

Tottenham are yet to sign a centre-back, while they're still hoping to bring in an understudy for Harry Kane, with Richarlison and Lautaro Martinez the two names currently at the top of their list.

Meanwhile, a return to north London for Christian Eriksen hasn't been ruled out, although the Dane has several options to consider.
