The first glimpse of EA SPORTS F1® 22 gameplay captured in VR was published today by Codemasters® and Electronic Arts Inc. ahead of this weekend's Formula 1 AWS Grand Prix Du Canada 2022.

VR, which is only available on the PC platform, is only one of the many new features that gamers can expect when the game launches on Friday 1st July 2022. The immersive gameplay, which stars local hero Lance Stroll in an Aston Martin AMR22, depicts the breath-taking feeling of being in the cockpit.

Throughout the 4.361km Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve in Montreal, players will feel the thrill of racing at the peak of motorsport like never before.

With this year's F1 22 generating enormous levels of enthusiasm among the virtual racing and eSports industry, all eyes are turning to it. Here's what we know about the F1 22 in-game VR gameplay.

F1 22 In-Game VR Gameplay

Players will be able to enjoy the race weekend from a whole new viewpoint with F1® Life, which is available for F1®, F2, and supercars. Watch the squad work tirelessly in the garage before heading to the grid. In this season's groundbreaking new cars, complete with new physics and handling models, marvel at the detailed detail of the landscape and feel the intensity and speed while fighting for the racing line.

PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation®4, and Xbox One players will all be able to play F1® 22.
