Khabib Nurmagomedov & his team pranking Daniel Cormier is hilarious

A hilarious video has resurfaced of a time when Khabib Nurmagomedov and his Russian team pulled a prank on Daniel Cormier during training.

The pair are not only UFC Hall of Famers and some of the best wrestlers that MMA has ever seen, but they are also close friends who trained together on many occasions.

In the video, ‘DC’ can be seen confronting Khabib on camera who laughingly denies the accusation, saying: “I don’t say nothing. I never said that.”

The prank had apparently entailed ‘DC’ being told a Russian sentence by ‘The Eagle’ and his team, which translated to him calling himself a ‘b****’ in their native language.

Cormier looks to the camera and says: “Now I know what this means. They kept telling me to say Ya Ibn. Had me calling myself a b****. That’s messed up. For weeks!”

The banter and chemistry between the pair seemed nothing short of heartwarming as they can be seen laughing with the team as DC states: “You made me call myself b****!”

Khabib had one of the greatest MMA careers of all time with a decorated record of 29 wins with no losses, but retired when his father and mentor Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov passed away, vowing to never fight again.

As his career came to an end in the Flash Forum in Abu Dhabi, he delivered an emotional speech with the closing words being directed towards his long-term friend as he said: “DC, I love you brother.”
