Josh Emmett is set to main event the upcoming UFC Fight Night event against Calvin Kattar, and the 145-pound division fighter has revealed that he is a huge fan of a UFC Bantamweight/Flyweight great.

Josh Emmett on Henry Cejudo

Speaking to Helen Yee ahead of his Fight Night main event, the Bantamweight fighter revealed his fandom of the former UFC Flyweight and Bantamweight Champion of the world Cejudo.

He said: “Cejudo, I was a huge fan of him, wrestling-wise. He was like, the youngest American to win a gold medal. I had his wrestling shoes in college. 

“But yeah, I think it’s great. He’s done a lot of things: he was the flyweight champion, the bantamweight champion, and he’s an Olympic gold medalist. How can you not give him what he wants?”
