Oleksandr Usyk and Anthony Joshua went head-to-head at their press conference ahead of their highly anticipated rematch in Saudi Arabia in August.

As you would expect, they stared each other down looking to get in their opponents head prior to the fight.

Last year, Usyk put on a masterclass to dethrone Joshua and inflict the second defeat of his career on him.

His first defeat was to Andy Ruiz JR, with AJ getting his revenge and his titles back in a rematch and he’ll be looking to do the same again when he has another shot at Usyk.

The Ukrainian however can take comfort in the fact he outpointed him in a masterful performance last time out, so he can definitely do it again.

Afterwards, the attentions of the press unsurprisingly turned to Tyson Fury and the possibility of an undisputed fight in the heavyweight division.

Fury retired earlier this year after his knockout victory over Dillian Whyte, but has sparked rumours that he will be prepared for an undisputed fight.

The Gypsy King has been carrying on training which got people talking initially before he revealed that a lump sum of half a billion pounds would be enough to see him make a U-turn on retirement.

It could be a momentous occasion in the heavyweight division as we haven’t had an undisputed champion since Lennox Lewis over two decades ago.

To be the first man since Lewis to carry that tag would be enough (with a heavy financial incentive) to coax the Gypsy King out of retirement regardless of the opponent.

At the press conference, Joshua didn’t hide away from the end goal of an undisputed bout with Fury, he went on to say: “100 percent. It has to be. If I sat here and told you it’s not, I’d be lying to you, myself and the world.

“For the fans it’s a must-win fight, the man’s retired but who knows? Retirement doesn’t mean you’re not allowed to come back.

“I think if the opportunity presents itself, we will see if he comes back. But let me win this fight, then another door opens.”

To witness such a high profile undisputed heavyweight fight would be the stuff of dreams for all boxing fans, with two of the biggest names in the sport potentially going at it for the ultimate crown.
