PSG are one of the most used sides in the FIFA franchise, but what will their ratings look like in FIFA 23? Here we have our predictions.

PSG's season didn't exactly go as planned. After the acquisition of some of the world's best talent in Lionel Messi, Gianluigi Donnarumma and Achraf Hakimi, they were dubbed Champions League favourites and were expected to rule European football for years to come.

They failed miserably in the Champions League, losing in the round of 16 to eventual winners Real Madrid when Karim Benzema turned on the style to score a remarkable hat-trick and overturn a near impossible two-goal deficit.

They did win the Ligue 1 title, but that should be standard procedure for a team of PSG's calibre. The underwhelming season led to an eventual change of management, with Mauricio Pochettino rumoured to have been sacked.

Despite the lacklustre campaign, PSG will still feature some of the highest-rated players in the game. So, with this - let's take a look at our predictions for PSG for FIFA 23.

Goalkeepers and Defenders

  • Keylor Navas - 88 (+0)
  • Gianluigi Donnarumma - 88 (-1)
  • Achraf Hakimi - 86 (+1)
  • Presnel Kimpembe - 83 (+0)
  • Sergio Ramos - 86 (-2)
  • Marquinhos - 89 (+2)
  • Juan Bernat - 80 (+1)
  • Colin Dagba - 75 (-1)
  • Abdou Diallo - 77 (-1)
  • Thilo Kehrer - 78 (+2)
  • Nuno Mendes - 81 (+3)

We begin at the back, with the defenders and the goalkeepers.

PSG are blessed with two of the finest goalkeepers in world football - Keylor Navas and Gianluigi Donnarumma. They shared the appearances this year, but are on equal par - so Donnarumma moves down one.

Marquinhos moves up to an 89. He's proven himself as one of the world's best defenders. One of the former world's best, Sergio Ramos, moves down to an 86. He only played a total of 13 games last campaign.

Midfielders

  • Marco Verratti - 87 (+0)
  • Leandro Parades - 80 (+0)
  • Danilo Pereira - 82 (+1)
  • Georginio Wijnaldum - 82 (-2)
  • Ander Herrera - 80 (+1)
  • Julian Draxler - 79 (-1)
  • Idrissa Gueye - 81 (-1)

Into the midfield no, where we don't have too many big movers.

Julian Draxler, Idrissa Gueye and Georginio Wijnaldum are all downgraded - they've not justified anything last season.

Marco Verratti also stays the same, so not much to write home about in this category.

Forwards

Lionel Messi, Neymar and Kylian Mbappe of Paris Saint-Germain

  • Kylian Mbappe - 92 (+1)
  • Mauro Icardi - 81 (-2)
  • Neymar - 90 (-1)
  • Lionel Messi - 92 (-1)

Finally - the forwards.

Kylian Mbappe has gone from strength to strength every year and had a simply remarkable campaign in 2021-22. He moves up to a 92 rating and maybe the joint highest rated player in FIFA 23.

Joining him on 92 is Lionel Messi, who had a disappointing season given his ridiculously high standards.

Neymar also drops down to a 90; he didn't live up to his normal standards either.
