It appears AEW's injury problems are getting even worse, with more top talent getting injured in recent months.

Top stars such as Kenny Omega, Adam Cole, Bryan Danielson and CM Punk are currently not medically cleared to wrestle, and it appears Jungle Boy is the latest addition on that list.

According to Wrestling Observer's daily update, it has been reported that Jungle Boy can be added to the "lengthy injury list for AEW". Jungle Boy was stretchered out of the arena after losing the AEW Tag Team Championships in a brutal ladder match with The Young Bucks.

After dropping the titles to the Bucks, Jungle Boy was already hurt but to put salt in the wounds, he was attacked by his mentor and friend Chrisitan Cage.

Cage dragged Jungle Boy to the centre of the ring and hit him with the Killswitch before grabbing two steel chairs and cracking him with a vicious cinchairto.

Cage proceeded to taunt Jungle Boy's Mum and Sister, who were in attendance for the show. He would continue his disrespect in a scathing promo on Dynamite that targeted all the people closest to Jungle Boy as he explained his actions.

Christian would be confronted by the other half of Jurassic Express, Luchasaurus, who gripped Cage by his collar and dragged him to the corner. Christian managed to talk his way out of it, and the two walked to the back.

It is unknown the injury Jungle Boy has obtained, but it is a huge dent for AEW as he is one of the most active wrestlers on the roster and has been a consistent feature on AEW television.

Jungle Boy will be wanting to get payback when he returns but the date that is is still unknown.

You can watch AEW internationally on FITE TV.
