Last night's AEW X NJPW Forbidden Door supershow saw the best wrestlers from both companies collide for bragging right as six championships were on the line.
Plus, the Interim AEW World Champion was crowned in the main event when Jon Moxley took on NJPW's Ace, Hiroshi Tanahashi.
Chris Jericho, Sammy Guevara and Minoru Suzuki def Eddie Kingston, Shota Umino and Wheeler Yuta-
Wheeler Yuta got fans out of their seat from the get-go, after dropping Jericho with an ever-lasting series of German Suplexes.
As the match progressed, there were some great moments with Minoru Suzuki who showcased his strong style move-set to exchange in a chop war with Eddie Kingston.
Both teams continued to punish each other and demonstrate a plethora of ring styles.
However, it would be Chris Jericho to get the win and secure the man advantage for Blood and Guts after dropping Umino with the Judas Effect.
FTR def United Empire and Roppongi Vice- IWGP and ROH Tag Team Championship Winner Take All Match
FTR looked to transform from six-star to seven-star as they eye up another championship to add to their collection in the IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Championships.
Cash Wheeler had to fight the majority of the match on his own after an unfortunate shoulder injury occurred for Dax in the opening moments.
The United Empire would capitalise on this and utilise its strength advantage to dominate Cash and Roppongi Vice.
Roppongi Vice would soon regain momentum as they showcased great tag team wrestling to drop Great-O-Khan.
However, as United Empire looked to put Cash away Dax emerged from the back to finish the match and back his partner, gaining the hot tag and taking the fight to United Empire, even hitting German suplexes to Jeff Cobb.
The closing moments would see Roppongi Vice close in on the victory after dropping Cobb with the assisted Strong Zero, but a break-up from Cash kept the match alive.
FTR would capitalise quick and hit Rocky Romero with the Big Rig to become the new IWGP Heavyweight Tag Champions and still ROH Tag Champions.
Pac def Malakai Black, Miro and Clark Connors- All Atlantic Championship
A last-minute change due to the injury of NJPW's Tomohiro Ishii saw LA Dojo's Clark Connors fill his spot and collide with three of the best in AEW.
The match would kick off with rivals Pac and Malakai Black brawling, while Miro exerted punishment onto Connors, power slamming him on the outside.
Miro and Black would turn their attention to Pac, conducting a two-on-one attack that saw both men become frustrated with one another, ultimately leading to them brawling after a stiff shot from Black to the jaw of Miro.
The attention turned away from Pac allowed him to finally gain momentum as he sent Connors flying over the top rope before a combo of stiff shots and aerial attacks saw him wipe out everyone in the match.
As the match progressed, Connors would get a great offence that had the crowd out of their seat and route for the NJPW rookie. He took in the crowd's energy and exerted it by putting Miro through a table.
The closing moments saw Malakai Black about to pick up the victory after synching in a submission on Connors. Pac was quick to break it up by hitting Malakai with a 450 splash and following up with a submission on Connors, which saw the rookie instantly tap and crown Pac the Inaugural All-Atlantic Champion.
Dudes With Attitudes def Bullet Club-
Before the match began, Sting was nowhere to be found as he didn't appear when his music hit.
However, The Young Bucks dusted off the old Bullet Club gear for one night only, but the reunion was cut short by the lights going out and Sting attacking them by jumping off the stage.
Young Bucks would soon regain control in classic Young Bucks fashion, showcasing their tag team prowess to overthrow and apply pressure on Darby Allin.
El Phantasmo and the Bucks would continue to taunt Allin with a series of over-dramatic sequences that ended with them ending it with a vicious scratch to the back.
Shingo Takagi would soon regain control after dropping Nick Jackson with a vicious death valley driver, before a double Scorpion Deathdrop from Sting and a Last Of The Dragon from Takagi led to the victory for Dudes With Attitudes.
Thunder Rosa def Toni Storm- AEW Women's World Championship
The match kicked off with Rosa levelling Storm with an array of stiff strikes, things would soon turn vicious as both women exchanged a war of chops that could be heard around the United Center.
Storm would soon acquire the advantage after she dropped Rosa with a suplex on the apron of the ring and then followed up with a vicious hip attack in the corner.
The closing moments would see Rosa take a Page after Dustin Rhodes' playbook as she hit Storm with a Rotator to pick up the victory and retain her championship.
Will Ospreay def Orange Cassidy - IWGP United States Championship
With Bullet Club's and the self-proclaimed IWGP United States Champion Juice Robinson in attendance, Orange Cassidy looked to pull off an upset over Ospreay whereas Ospreay was ready to make a statement.
This match demonstrated perfectly the blend of styles between both men. The match was relatively even throughout with Cassidy and Ospreay scouting each other with great counters.
A pivotal moment in the match saw Cassidy kick out of the Hidden Blade but Ospreay would follow up quickly on the incapacitated Cassidy as he dropped him with the Strombreaker to pick up the victory and retain his championship.
Post-match saw Ospreay and Aussie Open continue the attack on Cassidy which triggered the already battered Roppongi Vice to emerge to try and level the playing field which proved to be ineffective.
However, the surprise arrival of NJPW's Shibata saw him wipe out all three members of the United Empire before coming face-to-face and uniting with Cassidy.
Claudio Castagnoli def Zack Sabre Jr-
Previously on last week's AEW Dynamite, Bryan Danielson revealed that Zack Sabre Jr will be fighting an opponent of his choice.
This was revealed to be none other than Claudio Castagnoli. The crowd erupted as he emerged in a Blackpool Combat Club jacket.
He kicked off the match with a bang as Castagnoli dropped ZSJ with a neutraliser but Sabre Jr would kick out by the skin of his teeth.
Zack Sabre Jr would soon regain control and dissect the limbs of Castagnoli.
Both men would continue to go back and forth but the power of Castagnoli would prove to be too much as the Swiss Superman would plant Sabre Jr with a devastating powerbomb to pick up an impressive debut victory.
Jay White def Adam Cole, Hangman Adam Page and Kazuchika Okada - IWGP World Heavyweight Championship
The catalyst of professional wrestling had the biggest challenge of his career as he defended his IWGP Heavyweight Championship against two of the best in AEW as well as NJPW's Rainmaker Kazuchika Okada.
The match began with Cole and White teaming up to gain the upper hand and take out Page and Okada. They would hit Page with a suplex on the stage.
As the match progressed the momentum continued to fluctuate between each competitor but Okada would soon exert dominance and take flight, wiping out White and Cole in the audience.
White and Cole's alliance would soon come to an end as Cole would blindside White with a brutal backstabber.
However, White scouted the perfect moment to capitalise as he dropped Okada with a Bladerunner before pinning the incapacitated Cole to defy the odds and regain his championship.
Jon Moxley def Hiroshi Tanahashi - Interim AEW World Championship
Three years in the making, Moxley looked to finally put away the one man that has alluded him for so long. Whereas Tanahashi was looking to make history by becoming the new Interim AEW World Champion.
The match began with both men demonstrating stiff strikes and hard lariats with Moxley continuously talking and taunting Tanahashi.
As the match progressed, Tanahashi would gain the upper hand after busting Jon Moxley open and hitting the High Fly Flow but Mox would miraculously power out at two.
Both men would continue to exchange with Mox getting the better and cracking Tanahashi with a devastating clothesline but to the astonishment of the United Center and Moxley, Tanahashi kicked out at one.
However, a second Paradigm Shift would see Moxley become the new Interim AEW World Champion.
Post-match would see a preview for Wednesday's Blood and Guts when the JAS stormed to the ring and brawled with new champion Moxley and the other members of Team Blackpool Combat Club where Kingston will have to team with long time rival and newly ALL ELITE, Claudio Castagnoli.
