Leeds United are still interested in signing attackers Ryan Kent and Noa Lang this summer, according to journalist Dean Jones.

The Whites could be set to lose Raphinha over the coming weeks and manager Jesse Marsch will need to replace the Brazil international’s creativity and output in the final third of the pitch.

What is the latest news involving Leeds?

Kent only has 12 months remaining on his contract with Rangers, who could look to sell him in the current window or risk losing him for free next year.

Football Insider reported back in March that Leeds were continuing to monitor the 25-year-old’s situation despite first coming onto their radar when former boss Marcelo Bielsa was at the helm.

And Lang is another long-term target, with the Netherlands international openly admitting that the west Yorkshire outfit attempted to secure his signature last summer.

"They were concrete, yes. Leeds made three offers. We even negotiated – they flew to the Netherlands," he told HLN when asked if the Premier League outfit wanted him.

Lang has since declared that he is going to leave Club Brugge and seek a new challenge ahead of next season, opening the door to a potential switch to Elland Road.

What has Jones said about Kent and Lang?

Marsch has already been productive in the transfer market, and Jones has informed GiveMeSport that Lang and Kent remain on Leeds’ wish list.

He told GMS: “Two other players to look out for, I guess, is Noa Lang. Lang is somebody that they still want to look into.

“And there's Ryan Kent, too, who obviously we’ve talked about for ages in terms of being a Leeds target but genuinely is still a Leeds target.”

Would Kent and Lang be good signings?

Kent, who is valued at £15.75m by Transfermarkt, has racked up 30 goals and 48 assists in 174 appearances for Rangers, helping them claim their first Scottish Premiership title in 10 years in 2020/21.

The former England Under-20 international also fired the Glasgow giants to Scottish Cup glory last term and to the Europa League final, proving his pedigree on the European stage.

Meanwhile, Lang, who is valued at £19.8m by Transfermarkt, has found the back of the net on 26 occasions in 85 outings for Club Brugge, providing a further 26 assists.

The versatile attacker has claimed two Belgium league titles during his time at the Jan Breydel Stadium, and Leeds would be acquiring two exciting wingers if they manage to capture both Lang and Kent.
