Some might look at spending £60m on essentially a squad player as quite steep, but Richarlison could add plenty to Conte's charges.

Not only does his versatility allow him to play anywhere across the front three, although primarily on the left and through the middle, but he has an impressive record in the Premier League considering he's generally played for teams in the bottom half of the standings.

In 173 games in the competition, he has scored 48 goals and laid on 18 assists, meaning he directly contributes to a goal every 211 minutes.

With an impressive frontline that already contains Heung Min Son, Dejan Kulusevski and Harry Kane, Richarlison might have a tough job on his hands to be starting games regularly, but the prospect of those four in the same squad is an exciting thought for the Tottenham faithful.
