Eddie Hall’s Instagram posts are often enough to make one gasp at the unbelievable weight that the former World’s Strongest Man can lift.
Yet, the 360lb Beast’s latest post, uploaded on Wednesday, June 29, has even pushed his own boundaries and has sent social media into meltdown over his crazy feats of strength.
In the clip posted, Hall is seen lifting a monstrous 100kg dumbbell in each arm in the high incline chest press position, a far more difficult position than the more standard flat chess press.
That is 200kg combined, which is just over 31 stone! Madness. Utter, utter madness!
That’s not all, though, he doesn’t just do it once to show off, oh no, the 34-year-old former Strongman manages seven reps before dropping the dumbbells, showing off his ‘The Beast’ tattoo spread across his biceps in the process, a very fitting nickname of course.
Watch his ridiculous show of strength in the clip below.
It’s enough to make us feel sick just watching it, so we have no idea how Hall felt whilst doing it.
Hall explained in the post description that for those wanting to know more on how and why he trains with such brutal and body defying workouts, to visit his own ‘Hybrid Performance Method’ page, where Hall’s own personal training expertise and programme is available.
He wrote: “100kg dumbbells each side! They are so big, they barely fit on the screen. Find out how and why I train this way over at hybrid strength.”
However, despite all the training and programme following in the world, I don’t think I, or most people, will ever be able to lift a 100kg dumbbell in each arm on a high incline chest press like Eddie Hall.
‘The Beast’ indeed.
