Irish UFC star Ian Garry is living it up like a king for a week in Las Vegas.

Garry’s second outing this year takes place this weekend at UFC 276 in Paradise, Nevada, where he’ll lock horns with American MMA fighter Gabriel Green.

But rather than stay at the fighter hotel like most people tend to do, Garry has instead opted to stay someplace else at a luxury four-bedroom house a couple of miles away.

His wife Layla Anna-Lee, who is currently expecting their first child, has also accompanied him on this trip.

GiveMeSport.com can exclusively go inside the lavish abode, which is about a 15-minute walk from the world famous Las Vegas strip.

It boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a brand new state-of-the-art kitchen.

Former Cage Warriors welterweight champion Garry exclusively told GiveMeSport: “I wanted my own place so I didn’t have to worry about other people changing the air conditioning or anything like that when I’m cutting weight as it can get really annoying.”

Garry travelled with pregnant wife Layla and his striking coach Jason Strout after saying goodbye to the rest of his teammates at Sanford MMA in Deerfield Beach, Florida.

His training camp including time spent sparring the likes of Gilbert Burns and Michael Johnson.

And he also enjoyed a short break from training after he made an appearance as a special guest on the latest episode of Karate Combat.

Whilst there he couldn’t resist the opportunity to hit the pads with former UFC heavyweight champion Bas Rutten and former two-time UFC welterweight title challenger Stephen ‘Wonderboy’ Thompson.

Garry, 24, is widely regarded as one of the best young prospects to come out of Europe.

He hit the ground running with a highlight-reel worthy knockout of Jordan Williams on his debut at Madison Square Garden in New York in November of last year, before following that up with a dominant performance against Darian Weeks last time out.

And while he may only be 24 years old, he’s already shown that he can mix it with the best out there.

When he isn’t knocking opponents out or outclassing them on the feet, Garry enjoys playing a round of golf with his friends.

He has also set up a number of companies thanks to his growing profile in the sport, including his own apparel brand, his own coffee brand, and his very own management company.
