UFC 276 is set to take place this weekend from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, but what are we expecting to happen at the event itself?

There are a number of major contests set to take place on the night, with Israel Adesanya set to defend his UFC Middleweight title against Jared Cannonier and Alexander Volkanovski putting his 145-pound title on the line against Max Holloway.

Predicting what is going to happen on the night isn’t easy, as there are some bouts that could be extremely close! But we are expecting some massive KOs, slick submissions and a ton of contests going the distance this weekend.

Here are our predictions for UFC 276, including Adesanya vs Cannonier, Volkanovski vs Holloway 3, Strickland vs Pereira and more.

Sean O’Malley vs. Pedro Munhoz – Bantamweight Bout

  • We’re predicting that O’Malley will take the win via TKO/KO. O'Malley is one of the most exciting up-and-coming fighters in the Bantamweight division and 73% of the fights he has won have come via TKO/KO.

Sean Strickland vs. Alex Pereira – Middleweight Bout

  • We’re predicting that Pereira will win via TKO/KO and set up a bout with Adesanya. Pereira will be too much for Strickland in the stand up department, and we just can't see Sean having an easy time trying to take him down.

UFC Featherweight Championship Bout: Alexander Volkanovski (c) vs. Max Holloway

  • We’re going out on a limb and predicting that Holloway will win via decision. Arguably, Holloway won the second fight between the two, and whilst this could go either way, we're looking at 'Blessed' regaining his 145-pound championship.

UFC Middleweight Championship Bout: Israel Adesanya (c) vs. Jared Cannonier

  • We’re predicting that Adesanya will win via TKO/KO. Adesanya is one of the best kickboxing practitioners on the planet and it's going to take someone with an excellent grappling game (much like Jan Blachowicz pulled off at 205-pounds) to really take it to The Last Stylebender.
