WWE Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair has hinted at a possible showdown with Ronda Rousey at this year’s Survivor Series.

Belair won the Raw Women’s Championship from Becky Lynch in one of the best matches of WrestleMania weekend in April – the second year in a row that the EST of WWE has captured a world title on the grandest stage of them all.

Having faced-off with the best WWE has to offer, including Lynch, Bayley, Sasha Banks and Asuka, the 33-year-old now has her sights on someone she’s yet to face in a WWE ring.

Speaking to Sports Illustrated’s Laces Up, Belair admitted she’d welcome an opportunity to face SmackDown Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey.

I’m a competitor. I’ve been a competitive my whole life. I love and crave competition. So and I’m always trying to prove that I’m the best. That’s why I call myself the EST of WWE. Any time I can step in the ring with someone else with the caliber of Ronda Rousey, I’m gonna run towards the opportunity. So as long as she’s still champion and I’m still champion at Survivor Series, we might see Bianca Belair vs. Ronda Rousey.

Survivor Series has come the annual event where WWE pits Raw vs SmackDown against each other, including each brands champions doing battle in champion vs. champion match. If Belair and Rousey are still holding the gold come November, it will be a highly anticipated first-time meeting between the pair.

Both champions will be in action this Saturday night at WWE’s Money in the Bank premium live event. Bianca will be defending her Raw Women’s Championship against Carmella, while Rousey goes one-on-one with Natalya for the SmackDown Women’s Championship.
