eFootball 2022 has just made patch 1.1.2 available, and we have all the information you need.

A Konami exclusive eFootball is the follow-up to the extremely popular football gaming franchise Pro Evolution Soccer.

eFootball, on the other hand, has struggled since its release date in September 2021 and was relaunched as eFootball 2022 in early June.

However, now with the updates coming in thick and fast there's sure pressure on the developers to keep the eFootball fanatics happy.

eFootball 2022 Update 1.1.2 Release Date

The football 2022 update 1.1.2 has been made available on Thursday 30th June 2022 and is now accessible for console users on PS5, PS4 XboxOne Steam Windows Xbox X|S. However, Android and IOS users have also been included as it is available for them as well.


eFootball 2022 Update 1.1.2 patch notes

The previous update has resolved several issues, however, eFootball has launched the v1.1.2 update and implemented fixes to in-game issues. Here is all the latest information provided by eFootball:

General Fixes (Console)

  • Players with a Live Update Rating of "A" or "B" along with a "Standard" Form may rarely have a "Poor" (Downward right arrow) in-match Condition
  • Certain user-owned managers' Team Playstyle Proficiency and Coaching Affinity data are being updated and overwritten during matches
  • The application may crash when accessing some menus (e.g. [My Team] and [Game Plan]) while owning a player from "Club Selection: Chelsea B"
  • The application may crash in-match (e.g. during replays) when using a player from "Club Selection: Chelsea B"
  • For Legendary players who are still active, the commentary may refer to them as if they had already retired

Global Improvements

  • Fixed an issue that affected the stability of the software

General Fixes (Android/IOS)

  • The On/Off configurations is the opposite of the displayed configuration under [eFootball™ World] > [Game Plan] > [Team Menu] > [Automatic Match Support] > [Offside Trap]
  • After installing the update, users who had this configuration set to "On" will have their settings automatically reverted to "Off"
  • After installing the update, users who had this configuration set to "Off" will have their settings automatically reverted to "On"
  • When selecting [Team Menu] > [In-Match Roles] > [Auto Settings], the player with the highest attribute may not be selected as Short FK Taker
  • Players with a Live Update Rating of "A" or "B" along with a "Standard" Form may rarely have a "Poor" (Downward right arrow) in-match Condition
  • Certain user-owned managers' Team Playstyle Proficiency and Coaching Affinity data are being updated and overwritten during matches For certain devices, the application may crash after landing on the screen where multiple Player Cards are displayed
  • Erroneous information regarding signable players is displayed under [eFootball™ Point Shop] > [eFootball™ Points] > [Players]
  • In Premium Objectives, the Team Playstyle Proficiency levels of "Available Players" are not displayed
  • For Legendary players who are still active, the commentary may refer to them as if they had already retired


Global Improvements

  • Implemented changes to the positioning of buttons for "Classic" Control Type settings
  • Implemented changes to the positioning of directional buttons for "Fixed" Directional Stick Type settings
  • Fixed an issue that affected the stability of the software
