Halo Infinite Will Be Beta Testing Co-Op Soon

Halo Infinite

Halo Infinite will soon have a campaign co-op, and the beta test will begin early this month.

The network campaign co-op beta for Halo Infinite will begin on Monday, 11th July 2022, 343 Industries announced on Thursday. Although we have long anticipated this, more specific information is now accessible.

First, you need to be a member of the Insider program and have Halo Infinite installed on your PC, Xbox One, or Xbox Series X|S.

No matter the platform, the campaign co-op beta for Halo Infinite allows up to four players. So while three friends are using an Xbox Series X|S, you might use the Steam version.

Below is everything we know about the new Halo Infinite Beta Testing Co-Op that is coming soon.

John Mulkey, the senior world designer for 343 Industries, has stated that a beta version of the co-op feature will be accessible from Monday, 11th July to Friday, 22nd July 2022. All gamers who possess Halo Infinite or have access to Xbox Game Pass are eligible to sign up, but they must do so by Tuesday, 5th July. To qualify, players must also sign up for the Xbox Insider Program.

Players will need to start a fresh game because their progress from Halo Infinite’s official and beta versions will not be carried over. For those playing the game on various platforms, the beta will also have cross-platform functionality. According to 343 Industries, the primary goal of this beta is to find any unresolved performance or technical issues before the mode is officially released.

It’s encouraging to see that despite constant demand from Halo players throughout the world, 343 has continued to be responsive in its efforts to create new content for Halo Infinite. While the inclusion of the co-op storyline will undoubtedly please some players, many others are still asking for even more content, including the inclusion of particular weapons like the DMR.

A simple one to begin with, we beg you know this – otherwise I’d just stop here.

What else 343 Industries has in store for Halo fans will be intriguing to watch in any scenario. If a beta version of the co-op campaign is on the way, Forge mode might also get the same treatment. It makes logical that Forge mode received a lot of attention and development time given how much more open-ended it is than other Halo stuff.

The open-world shooter will be available for multiplayer play starting on Monday, 11th July. Halo Infinite gamers have until Friday, 22nd July to check for issues while cooperating with other Spartan fighters during the open beta.
