Recently, in an interview with TalkSPORT, AEW star Miro revealed a dream match that he would love to have in the company.

Miro is one of the most dominant wrestlers in the company, with one of the most impressive title reigns in the company's history. He has had classic matches with the likes of Darby Allin, Sammy Guevara, Ethan Page and more.

His gimmick and hard-hitting style have captivated fans and made him a fan favourite.

Only suffering two losses in the company to Former TNT Champion Sammy Guevara and Bryan Danielson, Miro holds one of the most impressive AEW records.

He made his emphatic return in an open challenge thrown out by Johnny Elite last month, where The Redeemer was out for revenge, and that is what he got, dispatching Elite in a short time to secure his first victory back in the company.

Miro then went on to beat Ethan Page, booking him a spot at Forbidden Door to compete for the new All-Atlantic Championship. He would face off against Malakai Black, Pac and NJPW's Clark Connors, but he wouldn't capture the title after Pac hit Connors with the Black Arrow to become the inaugural champion.

When speaking to TalkSPORT, AEW's Redeemer got onto the topic of dream opponents. The first mentioned is Wardlow, praising the young star for his accomplishments so far as well as the audience reaction he has built, similar to his own.

However, Miro also expressed his desire to stand across the ring with ROH World Television Champion Samoa Joe. When talking about Joe, Miro stated:

"He's a legit ass-kicker that I would love to face him and have that classic".

This is a dream match for the wrestling world with both men fighting with such similar styles that sees a blend of; strong striking and submission speciality.

With Wardlow fighting for the TNT Championship this coming Wednesday, a feud with Miro could be on the cards down the road. Also, Samoa Joe defends the ROH World TV Championship against Jay Lethal at the upcoming ROH Death By Dishonor event, so Miro could challenge for that championship and ignite a feud with Joe down the line too.
