Theory called out John Cena in a post-show promo after WWE Money in the Bank went off the air last night.Despite not being set to be an entrant in the match, Theory beat Drew McIntyre, Seth Rollins, Sheamus, Omos, Madcap Moss, Riddle and Sami Zayn to win Money in the Bank last night.Theory was added into the match by Adam Pearce after losing the United States Championship to Bobby Lashley earlier in the night. It was clear before last night that WWE had high hopes for Theory, but by becoming Mr. Money in the Bank, it became even more evident that he's viewed as the future of the company. And if rumours are anything to go by, WWE is set to have him go one-on-one with one of wrestling's biggest ever stars as his push continues.

After the show went off the air last night, Theory called out John Cena in a post-match promo which you can see in the embedded tweet below.

Can't nobody touch me, not even John Cena. Everyone else's time is up, and my time is now.

Theory mocked Cena's long-time catchphrase of "my time is now" while addressing the fans in Las Vegas with a passionate promo after what was, without doubt, the biggest win of his career.

The speculation amongst fans is that Cena is going to be at SummerSlam on July 30 to have a match with Theory.

The match was teased on Monday Night Raw this week, with Cena returning to celebrate his 20-year career, coming face-to-face with Theory backstage.

However, reports have suggested that Cena is not going to be wrestling Theory at SummerSlam, and more than that, isn't even going to be involved in the show in any capacity.

Those same reports explained that if Theory v John Cena is something that WWE wants to do, it'll likely have to wait until WrestleMania 39 next year.

You can read more on those reports by clicking here, but unless anything changes, they seem to be ruling Cena out of SummerSlam.

With Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton out with long-term injuries, Cena would have been a welcomed addition to SummerSlam, but unfortunately, it doesn't seem like WWE will be able to bring him in.

GiveMeSport will look to keep you posted with any potential updates on the matter, particularly if the situation surrounding Cena's SummerSlam status changes.
